First Strike:

• If you cancel at the last minute or fail to attend an event without prior notice (subject to change based on the event), this will count as your first strike.

• A $50 charge will be applied to your ABFK account.

Second Strike:

• A second instance of cancellation or no-show will result in your second strike.

• You will be temporarily suspended from attending any H&W events for the next 30 days.

• A $50 charge will be applied to your ABFK account.

Third Strike:

• A third instance will result in a final strike.

• A $50 charge will be applied to your ABFK account.

• Your sponsorship will be locked, meaning you will lose access to all ABFK benefits until further notice.

Please Note:

• We ask that you notify us in advance if you are unable to attend an event. Exceptions will only be made in cases of emergency.

• This policy applies to all Health & Wellness events.

• We reserve the right to enforce this policy strictly to maintain fairness for all participants
