13.1 Challenge END

We are excited to announce our latest Health & Wellness event, designed to help you stay active and healthy in a way that fits your schedule. Unlike our usual in-person events, this challenge can be completed at your own pace and convenience.

Event Details:

  • Goal: Run a total of 13.1 miles (the distance of a half marathon) over the week (approximately 2 miles per day).

  • Duration: This week (3/17-3/24)

  • Tracking Progress: Use the free app Strava to track your running distance and time.

How to Participate:

  1. Download the Strava app on your phone.

  2. Track your runs throughout the week using Strava.

  3. At the end of the week, take screenshots of your runs from the Strava app.

  4. Email the screenshots to amow@abridgeforkids.org by Friday 3/28 at 11:59 PM.

Reward:

Successfully completing this goal will earn you 20 Bridge Bucks (points) for our Health & Wellness Scoreboard! 

This is a fantastic opportunity to boost your fitness, enjoy the outdoors, and earn some extra points. I encourage everyone to participate and make the most of this event. Remember, every mile counts towards a healthier you!
