In 2012, A Bridge For Kids officially became a non-profit organization and excitedly set out to positively impact the lives of San Diego’s low income teens. USC, UCLA and a Trip to AGT Highlight 2017 SoCal Campus Tour
Spring Break 2017 was no time to take a vacation for 8 local students who took part in the ABFK 4th Annual Campus Tour of Southern California. This year's trip made stops at USC, UCLA, UC Riverside, Pomona, Claremont McKenna, and UC Irvine. Some schools were definitely hits for the students and others provided learning experiences on what they did not like in a University. A Bridge Forward Program Helps Expand Mission
What is more exciting about awarding a deserving teen a one year sponsorship? Awarding FIVE deserving teens each a four year sponsorship valued at $4,000 per teen. 4th Annual Casino Night Breaks Record!
It was a magical night for us at A Bridge For Kids as we celebrated their 4th Annual Casino Night Fundraiser on Saturday, November 5. Magicians strolled among the guests treated them to amazing tricks, food and drink was plentiful, and casino games entertained everyone. Mission Complete for Gompers Student
Isabel Garcia is a senior at Gompers Preparatory Academy and will be attending the Parsons School of Design in the fall. With her heart and passion invested in art, she decided to complete her senior project with art as the focus. Isabel painted a mural with students from Horton Elementary.
