Class of 2020 Attending Their Dream Schools

A Bridge For Kids is celebrating a record class of 54 seniors who, like many of us, have battled through a very tough last few months. Sadly, many if not most, will not experience a graduation that allows them to personally walk to the stage and receive that coveted high school diploma. Nevertheless, their accomplishments have not been lessened; and we are very proud to announce the colleges they will be attending and the scholarships they have received. While 14 students are attending schools in the UC system, the rest of our teens have set their sights on other schools, in and out of California.

Colleges Attending:  UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, UC Berkeley, UC Riverside, Arizona State University, Humboldt State University, San Diego State University, Swarthmore College, Yale University, Stanford University, Cal State Fullerton, University of Southern California, Cal State East Bay and UC Davis.

These hardworking scholars have seen their efforts awarded by collectively receiving 27 scholarships to date, 13 of which are full rides. Most have told us that they are still in the application process, and we believe that in the end, even more scholarships will be earned before they begin their freshman year.

Congratulations to our very high-achieving, exceptional seniors. We could not be more proud of the hard work, ambition, tenacity, and drive they have demonstrated throughout their high school years and wish them all the best as they enter their dream schools.  Additionally, we thank all of the sponsors/mentors who have supported these teens throughout their high school journey.
