College Awaits A Bridge for Kids Class of 2015

Since our inception three years ago, A Bridge for Kids has helped "level the playing field" for over 100 first generation, low income students here in San Diego.  Over that time we have helped aspiring students make their college dream a reality by paying for over 250 college applications, touring 25 campuses across the country and offering SAT  and ACT Preparatory classes free of charge to all students in need of extra training.   After a grueling senior year of SAT and ACT testing, writing college essays, completing and submitting college applications, and anxiously awaiting acceptance letters, our seniors are excitedly choosing their dream schools. The A Bridge For Kids family includes 18 seniors this year, who combined received acceptances to the following colleges:American UniversityCalifornia State University, ChicoCalifornia State University, FullertonCalifornia State University, Long BeachCalifornia State University, Los AngelesCalifornia Polytechnic University, PomonaCalifornia Polytechnic University, San Luis ObispoClaremont McKenna CollegeColorado State UniversityGeorge Washington UniversityEmory UniversityGeorgetown University George Washington UniversityGonzaga UniversityGrossmont CollegeHumboldt State UniversityNew Mexico UniversityNew York UniversityPitzer CollegePrinceton UniversityRensselaer Polytechnic InstituteSan Diego State UniversityRensselaer Polytechnic InstituteSan Francisco State UniversitySouthern Utah UniversityStanford UniversityStevens Institute of TechnologyTufts UniversityUniversity of California, BerkeleyUniversity of California, DavisUniversity of California, Los AngelesUniversity of California, Santa BarbaraUniversity of California, Santa CruzUniversity of California, San DiegoUniversity of San FranciscoVassar CollegeYale UniversityPicking the right college is an arduous process for every teen, but our kids have reviewed their options and we are proud to announce that they have chosen to attend the following schools:Claremont McKenna CollegeGeorge Washington UniversityGrossmont CollegeNew York UniversityPitzer CollegePrinceton UniversitySan Francisco State University (2)San Diego State UnviersityStanford UniversityUniversity of California, DavisUniversity of California, Los Angeles (3)University of California, San Diego(2)Vassar College (2)
