Congratulations to the Class of 2019!

With the end of the school year approaching, we celebrate a period of significant transitions, from middle to high school, from high school to college and from college to career. It’s truly a season of endings and exciting new beginnings for our students, their families and mentors. As our 2019 graduating students toss their caps in the air, they usher in a new class of high school students that are eager to follow in the footsteps of their older peers. With a brand new class of ambitious and dedicated young minds, we need your help now more than ever to ensure that every student has the resources to make their dreams a reality. As we wrap up this school year, we want to make certain that A Bridge for Kids stays true to its mission and continues to support our students who do not have the financial means to pay for a basketball uniform, a new backpack, or basic school supplies. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, A Bridge for Kids has been fortunate enough to support more than 350 students since our founding in 2012. Of those 350 students,  we awarded 75 sponsorships last school year alone including 20 from this year’s graduating class. While we are proud of all the students we have been able to reach, there is always more work to be done. A Bridge for Kids’ class of 2022 promises to be our biggest class yet with 50 students expected to receive sponsorships. We know that there are so many amazing organizations giving back to the San Diego community that it can be difficult to choose who to support when considering a donation. This is why we encourage potential sponsors to learn more about A Bridge for Kids and the important work we do. To find out more about our students and the San Diego communities we serve, visit our website at www.abridgeforkids.org/what-we-do/. For more information about how to become a sponsor visit https://secure.donorpro.com/abfk or email info@abridgeforkids.org. On behalf of our entire organization, we thank you for considering a donation to A Bridge for Kids!
