Many of San Diego’s talented high-achieving, low income teens find that they cannot participate in a sport, play an instrument, attend a summer program, develop their artistic talents solely because they cannot afford the associated costs. A Bridge For Kids works with schools and after school programs throughout San Diego County with the goal of identifying these teens and matching them with those who are willing to provide financial support and mentor the teens through their high school years and into college. Learn more about who we are and what we do.
A Bridge For Kids’ mission, to build a bridge between young teens who are in need of educational and financial assistance and those people that can provide these resources, cannot be accomplished without the support of the San Diego Community. We have a number of opportunities for philanthropic minded individuals and corporations who are interested in helping make a San Diego teen’s dream of a successful future a reality.
